These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of the GA MPJE Mastery course (the “Course”) offered by GA MPJE Mastery LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By completing checkout, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Course
The Course is an educational product designed to help pharmacists prepare for the Georgia Multistate Pharmacy Jurisprudence Examination (MPJE). It includes video lessons, slides, practice questions, and related study materials depending on the plan you purchase.

The Course is not legal advice, professional advice, or a substitute for official statutes, Board rules, or NABP/exam materials. Laws and rules change. You are responsible for verifying current Georgia and federal requirements.

2. Plans, Access & Delivery
Access is granted after payment according to the plan purchased:

• Basic — video lessons, slide decks, module quizzes, and Georgia Law Updates; 15 days of access

• Standard — Basic contents plus flash cards and the 50-question practice set; 30 days of access

• Premium — Standard contents plus the 125-question practice exam, Cram Sheet, AI study companion, and Pass Protection eligibility; 45 days of access

Access begins when course materials are made available in your account. Access ends automatically when the stated period expires unless extended under the Pass Protection (Premium only) or a separate extension we approve.

3. Pass Protection (Premium Only)
Premium members who don't pass the Georgia MPJE on their first attempt get one free 30-day extension of course access. To qualify, you must complete every module and the practice exam, take the MPJE during your access period, and email your NABP result notice (MPJE results are pass/fail) to support@gampje.com within 14 days of receiving it. Pass Protection is an access extension only. It is not a refund and does not guarantee a passing score.

Pass Protection does not apply to no-shows, cancellations, incomplete attempts, purchases made after an exam failure, or any plan other than Premium.

4. License & Acceptable Use
You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the Course for your own exam preparation. You may not:

• Share, sell, or transfer login credentials or materials

• Copy, distribute, record, or republish Course content

• Use materials to create competing products

• Allow others to access your account

We may suspend or terminate access for violations without refund.

5. Payments
Prices are stated at checkout in U.S. dollars. Payment is due in full at purchase. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

6. Refunds
Because this is digital content delivered immediately, all sales are final except where required by law. If you believe there is a technical delivery failure preventing access, contact us promptly at support@gampje.com and we will work in good faith to restore your access. Restoring access is the sole remedy; it does not include a refund or credit.

7. No Pass Guarantee
We do not guarantee that you will pass the Georgia MPJE or any other exam. Outcomes depend on your preparation, prior knowledge, and exam-day performance. Pass Protection (Premium only, Section 3) is not a pass guarantee. It gives one free 30-day extension of course access to Premium members who don't pass on their first attempt and meet its conditions. It is an access extension only, not a refund or credit. No refunds: all sales are final except where required by law (Section 6).

8. Intellectual Property
All Course content — including videos, slides, questions, explanations, text, and branding — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. Purchase does not transfer ownership.

9. Disclaimers
THE COURSE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE COURSE IS ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FULLY UP TO DATE WITH EVERY REGULATORY CHANGE.

10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GA MPJE MASTERY LLC AND ITS OWNERS AND INSTRUCTORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, EXAM OR LICENSING FEES, FAILURE TO PASS THE MPJE OR OBTAIN LICENSURE, OR ANY PROFESSIONAL OR DISCIPLINARY CONSEQUENCES OF RELYING ON COURSE CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE COURSE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE COURSE.

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Course, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law.

12. Changes
We may update Course content and these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes to these Terms will be noted by updating the “Last updated” date.

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
