This Course, including all written materials, videos, practice questions, outlines, and related content (the “Course”), is provided solely for educational purposes to assist pharmacists and pharmacy graduates in preparing for the Georgia Multistate Pharmacy Jurisprudence Examination (MPJE).

The Course is not legal advice, is not a substitute for professional legal counsel, and does not create an attorney-client relationship.

While every effort is made to ensure the content reflects current Georgia pharmacy law (O.C.G.A. Title 26, Chapter 4 and Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. Department 480) and relevant federal law at the time of publication or update, laws, rules, and Board interpretations change.

The Course provider makes no warranty, express or implied, that the content is complete, accurate, or up-to-date at the time you access it.

Premium members who don't pass the Georgia MPJE on their first attempt get one free 30-day extension of course access. To qualify, you must complete every module and the practice exam, take the MPJE during your access period, and email your NABP result notice (MPJE results are pass/fail) to support@gampje.com within 14 days of receiving it. Pass Protection is an access extension only. It is not a refund and does not guarantee a passing score.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Course.

All content in the Course is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use the materials solely for your personal study. You may not copy, distribute, sell, share login credentials, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any portion of the Course without prior written permission.

Information We Collect We collect the following information when you purchase or use the Course:

• Name, email address, and billing information

• Payment details (processed securely by our payment provider)

• Course progress and completion data

• IP address, browser type, and device information

• Communications you send us

How We Use Your Information We use your information to process payments, provide Course access, track progress, send transactional emails, improve the Course, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Marketing emails. At checkout you may choose to receive emails about course updates, Georgia law changes, and offers from GA MPJE Mastery LLC. This is optional and not required to purchase. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting support@gampje.com. Order and account emails (such as receipts and access details) are sent regardless of this choice.

Third-Party Service Providers We use trusted third-party services (payment processors, email delivery, hosting, analytics, and the AI tools that power the GA MPJE AI Study Companion). These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their functions and are required to protect it.

AI Study Companion. Premium members can use the GA MPJE AI Study Companion. The questions and text you type into it are processed by our service providers to generate responses. Please do not enter patient information, other people's personal information, or anything you would not want stored. AI responses are study aids, can be incomplete or wrong, and are not legal advice; always confirm against the course materials and the current Georgia and federal law.

Cookies and Tracking We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the platform, remember your login, and analyze usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Data Retention We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Course and comply with legal requirements.

Your Rights You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at support@gampje.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Security We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Children’s Privacy The Course is intended for licensed pharmacists and pharmacy graduates. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts located in Georgia, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

We may update this page at any time. Continued use of the Course after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
