do not pass then you get one-time 30-day extension at no extra cost. Purchase or completion of this Course does not guarantee that you will pass the Georgia MPJE, obtain licensure, or achieve any particular score. Exam outcomes depend on many factors outside the Course provider’s control. Submit your score report within 14 days of the exam.

  • You waive any right to a refund under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, failure to pass the Georgia MPJE, changes in personal circumstances, or changes in exam content.

Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without prior contact may result in permanent account termination and loss of access.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Course provider, its owners, instructors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Course, including but not limited to errors or omissions in the content, reliance on any information provided, failure to pass the MPJE or obtain licensure, or any professional, financial, or disciplinary consequences.

Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Course.
